Before you pick a plan
Do signers need an account?
No. Signers open a tokenized link, verify their identity, sign, and leave. Most use Signitri exactly once and never create an account.
Am I charged for signers?
No. Verification is included in the plan price, and a signer never pays and never needs an account. Each plan does include a monthly document allowance and a limit on how many signers one document can carry, because verifying a person against a government ID has a real cost every time it happens.
What counts as a document?
One document sent for signature, however many people sign it and however many pages it has. A document you save as a draft and never send does not count, and one that is cancelled before the first signer opens it is returned to your allowance.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing stops working mid-signature. A document already in flight always completes. You are told when you are close, and additional documents are charged at the overage rate for your plan.
What happens when a verification goes to manual review?
A person on our side reviews it, usually within the hour and never more than one business day. The signer is told what is happening and can close the page.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Documents, audit logs and evidence packs export as PDF and CSV. Enterprise adds bulk export.
