Working drafts. Not reviewed by counsel, and not binding.

All five documents below are drafts written to hold the shape of the final text. No lawyer has reviewed them, Signitri has not adopted them, and they create no rights or obligations for you or for Signitri. Passages in square brackets are open questions that must be answered before publication. Until that happens, do not rely on anything in them. Corrections go to hello@signitri.com.

Which one you need

If you send documents, read the terms of use and the privacy notice. If your organization is asked to account for the personal data it puts through Signitri, read the data processing addendum and the subprocessor list alongside them.

If someone has sent you a document to sign, the electronic records and signature disclosure is the only one written for you. It explains what you are agreeing to before you agree to it.

Something missing

A security overview sits outside this set, at security. Questions that none of these answer go to hello@signitri.com. [TO BE CONFIRMED: dedicated legal and privacy mailboxes, and the registered entity address for formal notice.]
